"My thoughts when finishing this book were “thank goodness it’s over” This book was like a good recipe that you think you can make better by adding more ingredients but after tasting you find out the original was way better. There was so much going on in the book and about 25% was completely unnecessary. The main plot and story were great and definitely had me hooked or I would’ve stopped after the first book. The second book was good minus the other storyline which did not contribute to the main plot at all. This was great writing, great story telling, it was just way overdone."
