"Terrible title, cover, and synopsis - fantastic series. There is so much depth to the characters, the world building - it's all fantastic. Siel and Pyhk have been enslaved by bug aliens for years and have only gotten through it together. They are both drawn to Carter and want to protect him when he is also enslaved. Through their love, they persevere through impossible odds to find their happiness together. Carter can't speak their language, but they still form a deep connection. Knotting, mpreg, non-human looking aliens."
