"This is one of the best books I have ever read on addiction. I would highly recommend to anyone with someone in their life who is addicted but also for someone who just wants to learn. This book goes into great detail about the science behind it and aims to deal with root causes instead of symptoms. I recommend even though there are some parts I don’t necessarily agree with, but it will make you think and see all sides of addiction."
