Lili St. Crow
In Strange Angels, Dru Anderson has what her grandmother called “the touch.” (Comes in handy when you’re traveling from town to town with your dad, hunting ghosts, suckers, wulfen, and the occasional zombie.) Then her dad turns up dead—but still walking—and Dru knows she’s next. Even worse, she’s got two guys hungry for her affections, and they’re not about to let the fiercely independent Dru go it alone. Will Dru discover just how special she really is before coming face-to-fang with whatever—or whoever— is hunting her?

"This book had a lot of strange terms (to the point that you question if you even know what the author is trying to say). Let me also point out the fact that even though this book was 293 pages and a lot of words, not a whole lot was actually said. What I mean by this is, there were a lot of details that were completely unnecessary and not nearly enough of the details that you actually want or need to understand what is happening. I felt like sometimes I was reading parts of other famous books (supernatural, twilight, house of night, etc.) and it was not a good thing. As it was, St.Crow put vampires, werewolves, ghosts, and hexes (witches) in one book. Ok, that’s not so bad but then her talking about roach and gator spirits. What?? And seriously could Dru be any more of a crybaby? It specifically mentions her being a badass on the cover of the book and she is not at all. All she does is whine. <br/>Worth the read?: No"
"A really good series that I would recommend. If you like the TV show supernatural, this book series has a similar premise. It was supernatural beings (vampires and werewolves), a strong female Main character and two love interests. Overall a great dark series that not too many people know about. "
"Honestly I've reread this series so often I absolutely love these books even if some of the author's descriptions are confusing."
