"I have seen this action drama movie several times. I am rating this film 4 stars ⭐🤩 because not only do I love Sylvester Stallone, but this was one of the disaster movies in the 1990's that had heart to it. There were characters with disparate lives who were all involved in a tragedy trying to make the best of it. True, there were heartbreaking scenes, but the acting was top-notch, and the human stories were believable."
"After an underground tunnel is blocked on both sides during a police chase, survivors are given a limited amount of time so the police send a person who knows the ends and out of the tunnel. Worth watching as the emergency services personnel works to keep the survivors safe and get them out, as the battle rising waters, toxic chemicals and the decaying tunnel structure!"
"This movie from the mid 90s stars Sly Stallone and has that typical 90s action movie vibe. When an explosion seals off NYC's Holland Tunnel at both ends, it's up to Stallone to save the day. It kind of plays out like the Poseidon Adventure but in a tunnel. It's corny, the dialogue is abysmal, and most of the acting is dreadful but it all fits into the typical 90s action movie genre. I almost turned it off when it looked like the dog died (**SPOILER** he didn't die) There is an unwritten rule in movies... Don't hurt dogs!!! (Unless, John Wick can get revenge.) This was a quick and enjoyable watch for the type of movie that it is. 7/10"
