"I enjoy this movie for its setting, dinosaurs, and thematic elements. There's some surprising standout moments here (i.e. the brachiosaurus on the island as the ship leaves, scenes with Blue in it, the implications of genetic cloning). I enjoyed the action scenes and think there's a lot to like. I think people's main qualm with this is that its mostly set inside a mansion (which I found creepy and exciting) although many people probably wanted a dimos-running-wild-in-the-city vibe. I also think people dislike that this installment officially make the plot theme a problem (instead of dinos being secluded to one island or park, they are everyones problem). For me, I liked these changes. They make it seem more important, like the story has been leading somewhere. Overall, I enjoyed it, but it feels slightly different than the Jurassic World original."
