"A fun movie ultimately held back by trying to replay the franchises biggest hits."

"Loved the opening sequence, the visuals, the coloring, it was all just so beautiful. Also loved the return of Will and cameo from Elizabeth. I enjoyed the story of this movie as well I think it was a great addition to the series, although it’s not my favorite I still really enjoyed it. Of course Johnny Depp did his thing again with this movie, as he does in the rest of the series he played the role of Jack so so good. It also didn’t feel as long as it was. The movies a little over 2 hours long but it goes by quickly. Henry and Carina are also great additions to the story. I know I already said this but the visuals and coloring of the entire film were just so beautiful I can’t get over it."
"Not the strongest movie in the Pirates series but not the worst either and hey at least we got some answers and conclusions for our beloved Elizabeth and Will, and we got one more with Johnny before Disney decided to screw things up. The new characters are okay but the strongest moments are definitely with Captain Jack Sparrow. "

"LOVE the Will and Elizabeth features. I feel like they really downplayed Will in this one and would have liked to see it differently. Love the addition of Will’s son. Felt like the forced romance between Henry and Carina was too much though. Also didn’t really like Carina as a character. "
"Not quite as good as the others, but still really good "
