"#BrothersBloom is a stylish #congame caper with a colorful cast. It’s cute, clever, and quirky in equal measure — from the tone to the characters to the storytelling itself.
What I liked most: you never quite know which parts are real & which parts are part of the #con — and that’s half the fun.
🎬 Written and directed by Rian Johnson (yep, same guy behind Knives Out, Glass Onion, and more recently Poker Face).
Thanks for the rec, @Claire_Freeman 👌"

"This is a movie that has been on my list forever. It was okay. I didn't expect the fallout between characters to occur so soon in the story. I also had some logic questions about the ending but all-in-all it's a decent watch.
Rachel Weisz plays a great manic pixie dream girl. "

"Rian Johnson strikes again! His grasp on the crime genre is excellent, and his use of dialog and aesthetic stylization puts his films into a category somewhere near the Coens'. I loved the performances in this film, driven by an almost Of Mice And Men style dialog between the brothers. "
"If you like Knives Out, you'll like this one. "
