"This is a fantastic movie. James Cagney plays the role of a racketeer who also wants to be a big shot in the local government. Patsy, Jim Cagney's character, decides to take his clout and go to a boy's reform school. He finds out how the children are being treated, and wants to change it. Madge Evans stars as the school's nurse. Alan Jenkins stars as Mike, Patsy's right hand man. I was impressed at the acting of child stars that portrayed the reform school students. They were excellent, and played realistic characters. "
