"This was the first book involving Dirk Pitt that I read. I loved it. I LOVE IT. I didn't have any issues with the characters, and to be honest, his sexism is easy to ignore, at least for me; at least compared to the first one, *shudders* it's nothing. I am not above reading this one over and over again, this and Sahara."
