But as she gets to know the town and these two new men in her life, she learns more about herself than she ever dared to think possible. But is she ready to open herself up to the truth of what happened--and the promise of what could be?

"It was a good easy read, you can guess what is more than likely going to happen by the end but the story line along the way is enjoyable.

I loved how it sprinkled in relatable situations for a Mexican American, there are not many books like that.

It was also relatable on how someone might legitimately react if their biological dad all of the sudden showed up, it wasn't extreme in either way.

One of my favorite portions of the book was the emphasis on that it was not just one decision/mistake from her dads past but daily discussion and mistakes of choosing not to be there for 29 years."
