"two orphans, Florida and Dallas, are twin brother and sister. they are the oldest at the orphnage and the loudest, craziest of all the children. after being adopted by many horrible families then being returned, they get adopted by the moreys. they think it's going to be as bad as the other families, but it turns out to be the best expeirence of their lives.

in the book it said that floridas stomach was like an empty sack, of course meaning she was hungry. the book then said that dallas sat by the boys bed and felt his head,"hes as hot as a firecracker." exclaimed dallas. another simili is when sairy said,"your like an old comfortable boot." another type of writing that is used a lot is imagery. florida loved the smell of the leaves, bark and the cool crisp air. while eating pancakes the book said this, dallas poured the brown stichy syrup all over his pancakes.

this type of book is not what I usually read, but I found it as a good book. I thought that it left a lot out and should have added a little more to the story instead of leaving it where it left off. I like how this could really happen in real life and it makes it fun to read. the scenery in the book sounded beautiful and wanted to be there myself. all in all this was a good book that I would definitly reconmend to a freind."
