"I didn’t like the way the “deal” started Justin did seem like he was interested in her and had an interaction with her before so it was pointless to do the whole agreement. I didn’t like how quickly Hannah canceled her date with Justin, I felt like it would’ve been interesting to keep it until after her date with him and then go with Garrett. I was looking for drama and I did get it but it wasn’t worth it and the whole “issue” was just resolved quick. Overall the love story was sweet how they fell for each other. "

"I loved this book soooo much! Hockey romances are quickly becoming some of my favorites! Hannah is so sweet, I positively adored her, and Garrett is definitely one of my new favorite book boyfriends! College setting, very spicy, tons of banter, and also kind of emotional in places! Enemies to lovers, fake dating, slow burn, opposites attract, dual POV! I would recommend checking the trigger warnings before picking this book up because it does talk about some pretty heavy topics. Overall it was a really great book, and I'm definitely looking forward to checking out book two!

"I’m at a loss for words! I seriously cannot even begin to try to explain how much I absolutely love this book! It’s definitely my new favorite and I cannot wait until I can read the others. I usually have the attention span of a fruit fly and it takes me FOREVER to finish books if I ever even finish them at all. But this? My God, I flew through it in just a few days which is a whole new record that I’m still trying to wrap my head around. I could barely put it down and when I did, it was all I thought about. I’ve never really been one to read books. But I found myself actually irritated every time I had to stop up until I could finally continue 😂"
"Loved this! It was cute and had enough twists and turns to not be too obvious. I thought their relationship was so cute :')"

"Garrett’s character was intensely impressive while Hannah’s was equally as interesting. Alongside this, I appreciated the realistic build-up between them and the banter that continued throughout the entirety of the story. This was a pleasant mix of teasing and seriousness. Additionally, the authors shoutout to women who have endured the exact physical, mental, and emotional trauma that Hannah dealt with as a result of what occurred to her as a teenager was painfully beautiful. Accordingly, I appreciated how Hannah reinstated that she was not a victim but a survivor which ultimately conveyed more awareness and acceptance on her part of such a tragic situation. "
