"Yo tenía expectativas más altas de este libro pero la verdad no fue tan malo. El inicio me gustó mucho, la intriga de dónde vienen estas criaturas, de cómo es que empieza a pasar toda la masacre y la exterminación de la raza humana. El cual es bueno y es bastante interesante. El problema aquí es el medio de la historia porque el final estuvo igual de bueno que el inicio pero el medio eso lo aburrido de él huyendo para ir a encontrar a su esposa y es muy repetitivo, tanto la parte con el artillero como con el cura y así del pasando de casa en casa entonces lo sentí un poco aburrido. Pensé que a este libro le faltó mucha acción, sin embargo me gustó mucho cómo explicó de dónde vienen los aliens, cómo se veían y cuál era su ventaja contra la raza humana e incluso llegó a explicar cómo fue que terminó toda esta guerra. Tengo que decir que estos autores cuando quieren tirar frases de verdad hacen unas obras de arte por eso también el medio me pareció muy aburrido Porque tanto al inicio como el final hay frases tan épicas e icónicas y aquí pues parece que murió el personaje. <br/><br/>Le voy a dar un ejemplo que es mi frase favorita: “pero el hombre es tan arrogante y es tan cegado por su vanidad que hasta el final del siglo 19 ningún escritor expresó ninguna idea de que pudiera verse desarrollado vida inteligente allí lejos ni de hecho en cualquier otra parte más allá del nivel terrestre ni se concibió quedado quemarte es más antiguo que nuestro planeta apenas solo posee una cuarta parte de su área de superficie y está más alejado del sol no solo se aleja más del inicio de la vida sino que se aproxima su fin”"
