Disgruntled Alchemist Yes, with a caveat. Originally it was published as two volumes. I really love what is considered “Volume One”. It has a lot of heart and good morals. I liked “volume two” significantly less. Once the sisters grow up and go their separate ways, I was less interested. Part of what made volume one special was how the sisters navigated growing up together.

Carli Definitely! Especially if you enjoy reading books with aspects of family, friendship, and/or the influence of war. It’s one of the most deeply affecting pieces of literature that I’ve read.
