"A volcano in Los Angeles was a tough sell to me at first, but I thought it was handled well in the movie. Tommy Lee Jones just happens to work for the city of Los Angeles as an Emergency department head. Alongside Anne Heche, a geologist, they try to find out how to outsmart a tidal wave of fire, ash, and destruction. There are suspenseful scenes and narrow deaths, and also loss of life. The special effects are good, and the acting is good as well. "
"One of my top10 movies of all time! It is brilliantly done for its time and extraordinary story and acting. Sci-fi end of day scenario with a tiny romance subplot. It is really a good movie, I recommend at least watch once. I watched it like more than 25 times for sure 😅 It's like a comfot movie, I put in background and do stuff. Pg13

"A LOT of action. Very good movie and family friendly for 12 + because of the gore. "
