"Watched this with the brothers so that alone peaked my enjoyment.
Absolutely superb sound choices. With the old music throughout. The eerie sounds.
Was cool seeing like a very realistic horror movie. Well it is supposedly a true story. But nonetheless very cool seeing them struggling with no ridiculous circumstances.
Like the look of it. Really think that’s because of the time it was made though.
I’m finding that most horror movies don’t scare me at all. I’m just not the type to get scared much. Which I do think takes away my enjoyment. This creeped me out a little mainly just from it being a “true story”. Still not a whole lot. "
"With a really suspenseful atmosphere, this thriller/horror will have you checking the shadows on your screen for figures hiding in the darkness. Know that this film offers no explanation or motive for the antagonists, gives you only a little reason to like the main characters (I was rooting for them, but didn't know enough about them), and will leave you with just as little information as you had going into it. This film is for people who prefer mysteries and are inferential thinkers. I definitely enjoyed it, but was caught off guard by the lack of action/fighting- this is purely a cat and mouse game. "
