"How can you get scared and laugh at the same time? Finally a creative idea and story out. Hats off to Amy Madigan who was absolutely superb! I was hoping for a stronger role from Julia Garner but can I say ‘James’ was absolutely hilarious. While the ending was sort of abrupt, I didn’t care much. Loved it. Word of caution: never invite Aunt Gladys over again! "

"Slow burn but the payoff makes it worth it. Excellent cinematography and writing. The entire main cast was great also. Loved how the theme of weaponization of society is fleshed out throughout the film. The pacing did feel slow towards the third act but it picked up in the end. Weapons is overall one of the more thought provoking horror films I've seen in a while. "
