"I enjoyed this action/thriller that has a low budget vibe to it. Starring Mark Wahlberg, Topher Grace, and Michelle Dockery and directed by Mel Gibson. If you watched the trailer, then you'll know what to expect as the movie is straight forward. It would have been better to go in blind but it still has some thrills. It was cool to see Mark Wahlberg playing the bad guy for a change and it looks like he had fun with the role. Topher Grace plays the nerdy accountant for the mob and has some funny lines. Dockery plays her role competently and basically this movie is carried by these three actors in the confined space of a small airplane. There are some plot holes but nothing that can't be ignored for the sake of entertainment. A good watch with a nice pace to it. 7.5/10"
"This was not good at all. Making Mark bald without him being bald is criminal.."

"I was pretty satisfied with this action movie. It took a different plot than I had assumed it would based on the ads, but I still ended up liking it. Mark Wahlberg takes more of a ridiculous, angry, insane take on his antagonist role in this film (I was expecting something closer to Fear). There's also some really funny and silly moments in this film. Overall, I think the thing that is both the most confusing about this movie (and the most interesting) is its strange but entertaining mix of tones- comedy and violent thriller. Overall, my boyfriend and I enjoyed it, I think it was quite a bit of fun and kept us watching. Just not exactly what I had expected, and maybe that's a good thing."
"Accountant for the mob is in hiding, gets caught by the us marshal, agrees to testify, mob sends an undercover hit man, plans were secret so there must be a leak finally stay alive and find the leak. It doesn’t get any more basic than that. A pretty standard set up and execution. Mark Wahlberg looked like he was having fun with the role. The action and comedy elements were just ok. However, this is not a very smart movie. The script was made in such a fashion that everything was telegraphed, and things happened simply for the point of the plot. For example, would the US Marshal with a very important witness really get into a plane without even knowing what the pilot looked like? Would she leave it up to the prisoner to secure the hitman? Stuff like that was clearly done to make the story go in a way they wanted. They need to be a little more creative with such a basic story. The direction felt dated which surprised me since Mel Gibson has proven to be pretty good over the years. You have seen this story before done much better. No real reason to watch this other than curiosity. You can skip this one. Please check out my podcast Mostly Low Budget Movies Reviews with Clarence for a full break down. On all streaming platforms.
