"This movie has an ambitious storyline but has the restraints of a modest budget. A family of four are on their boat in the Caribbean sea when Earth's poles inexplicably switch causing the oceans to recede onto land and leaving where the oceans once stood, now barren. This sci-fi/action movie has a ton of plot holes but the glaringly obvious one is the landscape just looks like the desert instead of what once was the ocean floor... It looks to be absolutely dry as a bone and devoid of anything nautical, except for a few strategically placed props. It's a shame because it had the potential to be a real blockbuster movie if it had the proper financing. As it stands, 6/10"
