The Last Breath

"The only actor I recognized in this cast is Julian Sands, and he was only in less than half of the movie. But that is alright. This shark attack movie was better than most. The same plot as usual, though: Friends gather together for a trip on a boat...you know what happens next. 😏 But at least this had a more intelligent script, and there was a side plot of searching for a sunken ship and it s treasures. The underwater 🫧 filming was great, and the actual shark 🦈 encounters were tense. "

"It was okay, but it kind of felt like a lower-budget Deep Blue Sea film without all the bells and whistles, and it is not as good as that movie, to be honest. One of the things that I criticize filmmakers for is not telling the story of why they're in the area they're in. As in the beginning of the movie you should draw a conclusion as to why they were going to the area of water and crash sight, I didn't feel like that was done but they were literally just thrown there like in the Expend4bels movie, whereas the actors showed up on the one boat but literally didn't mention how they got there or why. Would I recommend this? Possibly just to watch, but not like a "this movie is really good, you gotta see it" kind of recommendation. Btw, I wanna mention that the cover photo is false advertising as that never happened in the movie. "

"This is one of the better shark movies I have seen in awhile. Even though the sharks were heavily CGI , I had to hold my breath a couple times. Highly predictable, but still a fun watch. "
