In rural Connecticut, baseball players Ben and Mickey are trying to survive a zombie plague. They are forced to form a battery: a catcher and a pitcher who work together to outwit the batter, the one who hits the ball. And the batter in this case just happens to be a zombie. Tough Ben and gentle Mickey frequently disagree on the best way to go about the situation. Then they suddenly hear a human voice through their walkie-talkies. Is salvation nearby, like Mickey thinks, or is Ben’s suspicion justified?

"It's obvious that this movie was made on a shoestring budget. It has a lazy pace to it but somehow it works. Written, directed, and starring Jeremy Gardner as Ben, and Adam Cronheim as Mickey. These two former baseball players wander a rural landscape hoping to avoid the slow moving zombies that plague the world they now know, as they just try to survive. They obviously had very little to work with and some scenes go on for too long, but it was interesting enough to keep me engaged until the end, but I didn't like the ending. 6.5/10"
"I wanted to like this so so bad. After seeing After Midnight which I believe was also directed and starred in by Jeremy Gardner I expected so much more. It was interesting for the first 45 minutes then it became repetitive and very slow. Basically just a snippet of 2 "friends" trying to survive a mild zombie apocalypse. The zombies aren't smart or fast. Mickey was a complete buffoon and if youre like me you'll spend the entire time despising him.and his useless character. As always Jeremy/ben shined with his acting though. Only worth the watch bc I hope he "makes it". "
