One of the US Air Force's most modern tactical aircrafts, an F-100 with a new laser guidance system, crashes into the sea near Malta - a region where the Soviet forces are highly present, too. The CIA immediately sends out their best secret agent, Ken Tani, to salvage the system before it falls into enemy hands. To ensure his loyalty, they bring his two young sons to a nearby hotel on the island.

"Starring Shô Kosuge, and a young Jean-Claude Van Damme, this action movie is quite a mess. Shô plays the lead as a spy whose children are in the dark about his life until a mission goes wrong. Jean-Claude only has a couple of lines in the whole film, playing the role of a Russian KGB agent. The plot is a little murky. It seems to be about a weapon that both the U. S. And Russian governments want to claim, and each government sends out an agent to find out the secret location. But it really doesn't matter. The acting is subpar, the few fight sequences are short, and poorly choreographed. "
