This is still a great watch. And, I think people should see this even if they’ve already seen the remake.

"9/10. The 1997 Spanish predecessor film to "Vanilla Sky" (2001) starring Tom Cruise. In fact, Vanilla Sky is the English remake, largely copied scene by scene from this film. This film is a more believable, and credibly acted than the Tom Cruise version. Engaging, thrilling and empathetic, this film should be noticed more by English audiences. "

"Such great actors and a movie that gets you invested fron beging to end with the scumbag that is the protagonist. I have mixed fellings about the ending but can't say it dosen't feel great getting there. A must watch for sure."
