"I didn't like this movie as much as I wanted to. I have to admit that I lost interest in this adaptation about 30 minutes into the runtime. John Lithgow stars as the hero, and Bob Hoskins is Sancho Panza. They are childhood friends who want to seek adventure in their later years. I usually like Lithgow in most movies, but this role seems almost too theatrical for him. I DID have a few chuckles as the pair got into trouble by misunderstanding, but the most fun was the few cameos by somewhat famous actors. This movie was fun at times, but not quite the delight that I was looking for. "
