"This movie certainly was not one of Tony Curtis' best. It seems to me it was simply an excuse to film a movie with a beautiful French actress. The plot is about a show dog named Cognac, who Curtis finds out belongs to a beautiful woman named Giselle, played coquettish by Christine Kaufmann. The poodle, Cognac, has a TV show and is quite a personality. Most of the film, Tony's character, Terry, tries to woo Giselle, and is stopped at every turn. Some scenes were funny, but the charm wore thin quickly. (Early on is a reference to Curtis' film, Goodbye, Charlie, when he calls the dog Charlie before he learns its name. Anyone who has seen that movie will understand the reference.😉)"
