Zed is an American vault-cracker who travels to Paris to meet up with his old friend Eric. Eric and his gang have planned to raid the only bank in the city which is open on Bastille day. After offering his services, Zed soon finds himself trapped in a situation beyond his control when heroin abuse, poor planning and a call-girl named Zoe all conspire to turn the robbery into a very bloody siege.

"It's been a while since I've seen this 1993 crime movie, but I remember it being underappreciated then but has now grown to have a cult following. Although it was written and directed by Roger Avery, Quentin Tarantino was an executive producer and it's evident as some scenes have QT's distinctive flair. If I ever get a chance to view it again, I'd love to see if it has held up over the years. 8/10"
