Loved Stitch, liked the human characters (including the aliens in their human forms), but didn't like the aliens in their alien forms, and the plot felt like it was rushed. Still worth watching, made me laugh a lot, but would probably wait for it to release on Disney+ The Animated Original is tons better"

"The live action Lilo & Stitch isn't as good as the original, but I was kind of expecting that given how tall of an order that would be. I also expected changes in the adaptation. Honestly, I would have been a bit disappointed if it were exactly the same. Most of the changes work just fine, but a few I didn't quite work out as well for me. Maia Kealoha is great as Lilo and it was fun to see Stitch on screen again. I was really nervous as to how Jumba and Pleakley would be in this adaptation. I will say for secondary cast Billy Magnussen is a real scene stealer as Pleakley. Now, I feel like rewatching the original animated film."

"If you like/have seen the original, of course you’ll have reservations about it because you may feel the story is good as it is. This version changed a couple of significant plot lines but still made for a really entertaining movie. The actress who plays Lilo was so great, just as I would have imagined her from the animated movies/show."
