"Spy Kids: All the Time in the World - A Familiar Name, A Different Feel (3 Stars)
Spy Kids: All the Time in the World is an okay entry in the franchise, but for long-time fans like me, the completely new cast makes it feel fundamentally different, earning 3 out of 5 stars. While it introduces new gadgets and an intriguing time-bending plot, the absence of the original Carmen (Alexa Vega) and Juni (Daryl Sabara) means the familiar magic and beloved chemistry just aren't there.
The film tries to capture the playful, family-friendly spy vibe, and it does have some fun moments and creative action sequences. However, it's hard to shake the feeling that you're watching a spin-off rather than a true continuation. For viewers new to Spy Kids, it might be perfectly enjoyable, but for those who grew up loving the unique charm of the original trilogy's actors, this one simply doesn't hit the same nostalgic mark.
