Superman II: The Richard Donner Cut

" I believe in Donner and WB was dumb for firing him. Since they thought Superman movies should be Mel Brooks like comedies. With that said I barely really think of this as a movie. Since there’s a lot of unfinished scenes. What I do remember as a finished scene is a bit silly. Lois jumping out the daily planet window just hoping Clark is Superman. Yes her jumping a river hoping he’d save her was silly too. I just found her jumping out a window a bit from a building a bit crazier. A kid killed while trying to ride a horse away from the villains. Has made it in and out of this Director’s cut through the years. You’ll still see the boy in the theatrical version but without him killed. He just begs the villains to not hurt his father. "
