"This is a clever, antic Japanese time travel comedy. It’s about a time loop between a monitor in a cafe and a monitor in the owner’s upstairs apartment. They exists in the same reality but are two minutes apart. This 70 minute micro-budget film has some fun twists and turns and flies by. I’d recommend it if you like low budget sci-fi. 3.6 out of 5 Stars"
