"SPOILERS: “I just really wanted us to have a happy ending.” / “You were my happy beginning, and honestly, I needed that way more.” A perfect movie. I love the care that went into it, all the characters and the allusions to DC are amazing. The directorial choices are so much fun and so overindulgent in the best way. And the main actress is incredible, she has such a great presence. As a trans Batman fan, I feel like this movie was tailor made for me 😭 PS if you watch it on DVD, there’s a hilarious video that plays over the DVD menu 😂 it’s just the main actress rambling and telling you to play the movie, and it goes on much longer than you’d think 😂😂"
