"I ran across the episode with Maisie Williams, she played Arya Stark in Game of Thrones, and I was intrigued. Her life reminds me of my own in many ways. Quite dark and a lot of denial or dissonance with how ones life has influenced how you are. Abuse, mental illness, behavior issues, etc. I've been through nearly two decades of therapy and I have never had a therapist or psychologist listen and care as sincerely as the host, Steve Bartlett, does for Maisie here. At one point he stops to wait while she weeps. Then he, with permission, gently hugs her at a point where she definitely needed it. I'm rarely impressed with a podcast host who's not dealing with pop culture or humor but this man definitely impressed me. I subscribed and look forward to more. Recommended. "
