Idris FashanI enjoyed this version of the classic 80s film. It’s modern, but it also presents a more novice protagonist, one that tries to be more open. The tragic paths in the story and the rage-fuelled fury seems much more believable to me when it’s mirrored against youthful and familial warmth. Also, classic jump scares and tension everywhere. Definitely worth a watch!
