"You know what this show is actually awesome.
There's plenty of action, complex characters who grow and make you smile as you learn more about them, still a good show of humor, intrigue, a stort that keeps you invested, complicated ideas that just work out enough si your not lost, and great actors all around.
Let's start there, shall we. The actor that was blackballed throughout Hollywood for playing Jesus in the Passion of Christ, top grossing R Rated film of all time until Deadpool showed up. He did a phenomenal job then, and this show gave him a break when no other would touch him with a 10 foot pole. I salute this show for not being scared and taking risks (if you can call picking the best man for a job a risk. After all, it worked for Iron Man).
Speaking of the actor, all of them do their jobs well, and the characters they play aren't anything to sneeze at. You'll love how well they work together and how realistic it feels. Seeing the backstories as the show progresses is the icing on top of this decadent cake. Especially when the story hits you right in the feels with every heart-rending moment it comes up with. Yet it works. Especially since it's got action in between to keep you invested and on your toes.
What's strange is that as the show progresses to more complex narratives, it still works. In fact, no matter how outlandish it gets, you feel like it's happening right then and there.
The later seasons do push a political agenda at times, but not always it's just that when they do try to, it's very evident and feels like pandering in many ways. There are times when you will feel like it's just trying to shock you but it's okay because when it does your jaw is already on the floor.
So no, the show is not perfect, but you see a great revival with our main actor and a show that'll make you want more. The characters I think about despite not watching this show for years. They stick with you. Youll have to remember them and this insanely good show."
"Rewatching it after how many years? I am not sure. It was still filming when I watched it last time and somewhere in a middle I got distracted and didn’t watch the seasons that were coming out. Now , all this years later, when AI became an everyday reality I am finding this show to be much deeper than it appeared the first time around. I am enjoying it much more and it makes me think about things I didn’t think before. It’s also surprisingly quite emotional. Very well written and executed. I am enjoying it a lot.

"A smartly written paranoid action drama. Well suited for our modern camera obsessed world. A genius at technology builds an AI that sends a numeric message that needs to be solve and rescue the person the code leads to. Interesting and exciting the show really delivers. I give it 🕵️♂️🕵️♂️🕵️♂️ Three spies."
