"Wow, Toby Stephens sure does love playing the love interest in BBC adaptations of Brontë novels. I think this is a good miniseries that, in my opinion, has an honest depiction of abusive relationships. The soundtrack was especially beautiful, I could definitely listen to it in my free time. The worst aspect of this show is the cinematography. There are a lot of instances of the camera spinning, sometimes around the characters and other times not focusing on anything, and it got annoying fairly quickly. I understand if the director was trying to make it into some sort of visual theme (I honestly don't know), but it was very distracting for me."
