"While I liked a lot of the side characters, the main character, his female bestie and his love interest were such terrible actors that I found it quite distracting. Additionally, the plot seems to get lost and sort of meander for a lot of the first season until the writers suddenly pick it up again and turn it so dark as to turn my stomach and turn me off to watching anymore."
