"A hard story but a riveting one—I loved this show! I need to read the books now 😅. I loved learning Italian while watching (although it’s mostly Neapolitan 😁) and was so impressed by the attention to detail with all the clothes and hair and makeup and props for each time period! I will say though, although I love a good period drama, the first episode for me was really hard to get through and I almost gave up. So glad I didn’t! Loved this and I hope they make more shows like this in the future!"
