"This was an easy and enjoyable read. Erin Summerill has a beautiful writing style, and it really helped make this story special. I enjoyed the metaphors and the similes, and the imagery was just marvelous.

As some of the other comments on here state, that yes it is a bit "tropey" at times, but Erin really makes this story captivating with her talented style of writing. I wasn't bored, and really liked reading the journey of Britta.

There was a part that made me a bit teary, and my heart weep. I didn't like what happened, but I understand these things happen to keep the plot "alive."

I will say though, I really liked one character named Leif, and he should of deserved more time. Who knows, maybe in the next book?

On a final note that last paragraph.... I mean wtf!?!"
"I love the covers for this whole series. And I need to re read"
