"Pretty smutty and not all that well written. If you're in the mood for that kind of thing it's short and not a terrible story. But get ready to read the phrase "I could feel his arousal between us" like 50 times within the short 200 pages of the book."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5 This was a no-thoughts-head-empty type of read that I surprisingly enjoyed. Moving past the myriad of typos and instant lust, it was actually intriguing and cute. It has beauty and the beast vibes, though it’s not quite a retelling. Don’t expect anything substantial in plot, though there is a simple one. This book is just over 200 pages. The main focus here is romance and spice. Having a low expectation in mind can assuage some criticisms, at least it did for me. However, I thought the banter between characters was great, the development was there, and the nice round happy ending was lovely. Definitely a good book to finish in a night if you’re looking for a transitional novel between the next “big one”. Also the illustrations were kind of cool! The first one jumpscared me because I did not expect it but they were a nice addition. More books should do that!"

"This book was so good! I couldn't put it down. I loved the main pairing. The world building was beautifully enchanting and gruesome. It was a perfect horror fairytale romance with the right amount of spice. Casamir is A+ book boyfriend material. I can't wait for the other brothers books."

"I wish I knew this was **** before I put it on my TBR. Anyway, I was determined not to DNF this but it really took a lot to get to the end of it. I've never been a fan of romance but I've been trying to expand my horizons on what I read, so I picked up what I thought would be a cute, quick fantasy romance. I guess it still counts as all those things but if you're someone who's not into themes of coercion (but it's okay cuz she secretly liked it), I don't recommend this. <br/> <br/>As for character development, I rarely saw any of that for the prince. I think another chapter could've fleshed out his character a little more. He's your typical never learned to love, bad boy with even worse habits. The main character got her revenge at the end and some closure for her sister's death.<br/><br/>I've never been someone who enjoyed **** in novels, otherwise I probably would've continued the series. Just not a fan of such blunt sexual content."

"This book had the potential to be a great read for me; however, it became clear early on in the book that the novel was centered more on the sexual romance of the characters than an actual plot. I loved the skeleton of a pot that the novel had. However, I wished there was more character development as well as more world building. I was also disappointed with how fast the ending was written; overall, there are better fantasy books that one can read. 2.1/5 rating "
