"Id personally give it a 4 out of 5 stars due to how it portrays bodybuilding.
I wouldn't take someone who is trying to get into bodybuilding to see the film due to how sad and depressing the storyline is for the main character.
It's definitely a shocking film of how they wrote the film which is totally not based on a true story.
How the film plays out makes you want to tear up how the main character is treated throughout events to then be shocked by what happens.
I'm not leaving any spoilers here, but if you want to watch it, go ahead, as it's not a movie for everyone, because many people don't find the topic of bodybuilding interesting."

"Definitely one of Jonathan Majors best performance. Such a dark movie that starts off with a sense of hope of motivation. When the movie starts to get dark it gets portrayed so well that even I wanted Killian troubled side to take over."

"This was an AMC Screen Unseen for me. I walked out of the movie shortly after the date scene. The main character had very little redeeming qualities and the movie was so slow. I am okay with not knowing how it ends if it meant not having to suffer any more time watching it. While Major’s acting was good, there was only so much of seeing someone do the same activity over and over again that I could take."
