"Worst book of them all with a terrible anticlimactic ending. Didn’t like that she switched up her whole writing style for this one in the series. Super boring, don’t waste your time. "

"It’s not that I hated it but I disliked it more than a liked it. It was a slow story and a boring plot. The end was also not as satisfying as I would have hoped. The other two books where amazing though. This book gets a 4.5/10 for me but the trilogy as a whole gets 24/30 when I combine my previous rankings all together."
"Wow what a left turn from the world you built. It got so bad I couldn’t even finish it. "

"okay wow.
i’m so sad.
ending caught me so off guard.

originally i wasn’t loving the dual povs because i felt that tobias seemed so unlike himself but i grew to love seeing his point of view because it gave me a chance to see him more as a person than as this cold, fearless superhuman.

the bureau was such an interesting place and finding out the history was so crazy. the fact that natalie knew the truth and she was planted there was insane.

the new characters were honestly a little bland. matthew was cool but i didn’t see anything too special about him. nita kinda annoyed me and so did david.

i love how cara really developed as a person. she grew to like tris and care for her and she was a great friend to tobias.

christina and tobias’ relationship really hit me because it’s so sad but so needed. i think it’s perfect. and they will both hold eachother up and they understand eachother.

i love that tobias got to restore his relationship with his mom. he really needed that after tris died.

URIAH. i’m so mad that he died. they killed off enough people we didn’t need him to. and the fact that right before he died he was smiling"

"An excellent third book to the Divergent Trilogy. Kept me interested, and revealed a lot of questions I had during the first two books! Only complaint was it was a teeny bit confusing at times but overall, I would recommend if you want a book that you won’t put down!
*side note: the movie is quite bad… truly a disgrace to the book 😔☹️"
