"<strong>Cute</strong><br/><br/>Probably one of the most realistic type love stories I’ve read in awhile. Low in angst and drama and high in the cute heartwarming feels. Brandon the sexy tattoo artist who’s got a bit of a name as a player meets quirky self conscious Charlie. Charlie has been dreaming of opening her own bakery for years and now her dreams are coming true but if it wasn’t for the irritatingly handsome man next door she could solely focus on her dream. Loved their connection, Brandon’s thoughtfulness was heartwarming while Charlie’s naïveté was endearing. Can be seen as a little cheesy at times but it’s cuteness and getting to see Livy, Stacy, Parker and Mason was nice. This is technically a standalone however I think reading them in order will enhance the reading experience."
