"I loved this book. Seeing how the characters acted and such before the maze. Along with the beginning of the maze. It adds a lot of context to what we can guess from the previous books, which personally I like having. Overall I think you should read this book if you enjoyed the maze runner series."
"This book was a little slower going than the rest in the series. But I did really appreciate getting to know the backgrounds of Thomas and friends as well as how the Maze was created. During the entirety of the book and knowing full well what laid out in the future for all of the Gladers, I was still fighting my feelings on whether or not I trusted that Wicked is Good...or trying to trust Teresa. In the Scortch Trials, I so desperately wanted Teresa and Thomas to be together in the end of it all. But instead grew to love Brenda. After what I just read, makes me want to read the whole series again in a different perspective and to not trust Teresa. I guess that would explain why she was distant during majority of the book. Planning and scheming with Dr. Paige. My feelings are conflicted 🙄🤷♀️ One question I’m not sure of....Randall isn’t dead? Did they bring him back alive somehow, never to be explained. Or Maybe Thomas didn’t hit him as hard as he thought. Did they actually have the cure because he seemed more composed (with a few outburst from what could be the effect of the Flare) later on in the series...ugh missing information!!"
"The Fever Code is a great book to read!"
