"It was a bit of a slow read at first, honestly I wasn’t hooked from chapter one and it took a while for me to get into the story. Leading up to almost the end of the book I was really into it and I also really liked seeing a guy like Alex who expressed his feeling and wasn’t so much of a macho man we see in most romance books. "
"At first I thought the story was good and then the so called “Croatia Trip” kept being mentioned and it was very intriguing made me look forward to it, but when the trip finally happened so much other events were more interesting than that trip. The book was okay and their relationship was nice, but would I recommend the book? No she was so in denial through the whole book and it was draining. "

"This was such a sweet book! There were so many cute and funny moments! This book captured my attention right from the start and managed to keep it until the very end! Sometimes I found it a bit annoying how oblivious the main characters were, but what can you do? C'est la vie. Overall it was a really good book!"

"This was the slowest slow burn I ever read but once they git together it felt too fast. The pacing was really weird. I also was getting lost with he flashbacks and real time. The plot was ok and so were the characters. The ending felt a little flat though. Also the main flashback happened after they got together so it was very underwhelming. "
"4.5 ⭐️ I’m not sure why I got emotional when I got to the end of this book, but I legit teared up. This lighthearted read, inspired by When Harry Met Sally not only has the “friends to lovers” trope, but also the “only one bed” and “he takes care of her when she’s sick” tropes. I loved how it interspersed the current summer with counting down their past summer trips together. I was eagerly anticipating finding out what happened to end their friendship 2 summers ago. A predictable read, but not without its moments of pulling at your heartstrings. Loved their joking banter. "
"Emmmmily! This is my favorite of hers by far. It was a couldn’t put it down for me! So much self growth and inner looking! I’m not a huge fan of flashback books but I loved the way she wrote this one with important pieces and clues. Putting it in a reread pile because I simply adored it. Loved the idea and how she grew with it. This book felt so familiar and like a book I’ve been missing in my life but didn’t know it! Loved it."
