"I love this movie because of how it owns its silliness along with dark humor mixed with great action. Back when Charlie Sheen was a box-office draw, along with Kiefer Sutherland, a very young Chris O'Donnell, Oliver Platt, Tim Curry, and Rebecca de Mornay and Gabrielle Anwar, really an all-star cast for those days, this is a really fun adaptation of Alexandre Dumas' books. Tim Curry as the Cardinal delivers a much darker role as the villain, but it still works. I have watched this movie many times over the years.

"So interesting a cast to have Kiefer Sutherland, Charlie Sheen, Tim Curry, and Chris O’Donnell working together in this movie, but it works! Aside from some of the cringy scenes of acting and delayed reactions to getting stabbed, it was a good movie. I love Tim Curry, he just has the voice for a villain but also one of my favorite voice actors for Nigel Thornberry."
"Classic!!"
