Plankton: The Movie

"I absolutely had to watch this SpongeBob animated movie because Plankton is my favourite Bikini 👙 Bottom character. It was about time he got his own movie! 😂 I enjoyed it thoroughly. All of the characters are here at some point of the movie, which centers around Plankton and his computer 🖥️ wife, Karen. Plankton, who still wants to take over the world 🌎, decides to upgrade Karen's software for his evil needs. But, of course, something goes wrong with the update. What results is hilarious! 🤣 Since this is mostly children's programming, or children at heart, there are a few songs. But if you don't have young children, or baby-sit any, you can fast ⏩ forward through those. Overall, this movie is just like the SpongeBob SquarePants episodes. Fun, silly, and always an ending that pleases everyone."

"Watched this for nostalgia, and regretted it. 3D animation looks bad compared to 2D, why do it? And the songs, while they're catchy, are no "Sweet Victory." Not even close. I do like seeing Karen finally proving that she was the brains the entire time, but I hate that it was just played for laughs. Thwarted simply. I get that it's a kids movie, but kid me wouldn't have liked this movie either. Meh"

" Plankton and Karen have an argument that leads Karen to take over the world. Plankton and SpongeBob came together to bring them back together and investigate what went wrong with their relationship. The film was better than the previous film with the Sandy Cheeks movie. The story seems not that high of a stake to make it as a movie. Yet it was still entertaining to watch. In addition to that, the movie is a musical. It was surprising there was singing in the film. There wasn’t as much, and not bad at all. "

"Growing up watching SpongeBob this definitely felt still nostalgic but with something off about it. I’m not sure what it is. Some lore from the show changed with the backstory of Plankton, but other than that it’s okayyy"

"I just dont like how quickly it shows karen planning to take over the world, i wasnt even ten minutes in, shes never had that desire in the show so its just kinda sudden"

"Pretty good, a huge step up from the Sandy Cheeks film. However, it's not as good as the first ever SpongeBob movie to this day I'm not sure if it can be topped."

"Just go watch SpongeBob seasons 1-3 and the first movie, it will give you way more enjoyment."
