The Silent Planet

"Elias Koteas and Briana Middleton star in this contemplative sci-fi drama about prisoners sent to solitary confinement as punishment for one of three crimes: terrorism, treason, or murder. Theodore's and Niyya's paths cross in a unique way, and the planet they are sentenced to has a strange effect on prisoners. The acting is excellent, and the premise of the movie is more refreshing than it seems. The score of the film gives it an isolated quality, which propels the plot forward. I am glad to find this gem. 💎"
