" Damn, I can’t believe this show is giving me those original Dexter vibes! I had my doubts, especially after Dexter: Original Sin, which was okay but not amazing. But Dexter: Resurrection? These first two episodes are in another stratosphere. The writers took their time with this one, nailing the soundtrack, the acting, and throwing in so much fan service with returning characters. This series is living up to its name, resurrecting an awesome show in the best way possible."

"I’m a huge Dexter franchise fan. 3 episodes in, this one looks really good. (Spoilers) The NYC backdrop gives it much warranted moodiness and scale. I love the appearances of Dexter’s former colleagues from the original and I can’t wait to see the development of two very intriguing story lines: Charley (Uma Thurman) and Dexter’s son Harrison Morgan (Jack Alcott)."
