"Good book! It was interesting to read how everything played out. Nothing was too shocking, and it was an enjoyable read. "

"A thriller/mystery about a sister searching for her missing brother after getting to his Paris apartment. The occupants of the other apartments in the building create a complex web that Jess must uncover to find Ben. While I liked the story here, my ADHD couldn’t handle the fast paced frequent point of view swaps. I would mindlessly read and have to go back frequently to process what I just read. For that reason I’m rating it a 3/5, but would recommend reading for people who don’t fall victim to a wandering mind while reading. "
"This book was good, not standout-amazing, but enjoyable. Well developed characters with a twist I didn’t see coming. There were definitely details that could have either been explored more, or left out…there was one specifically that seemed important, but never became anything.
To me, the story was very reminiscent of Riley Sager’s Lock Every Door. "
"This book was a disappointment for me. The premise of a missing brother and a Parisian apartment filled with secrets sounded intriguing, but the execution fell flat. The multiple POVs made the plot feel chaotic and hard to follow. The pacing was slow, and while the characters seemed mysterious, they lacked real depth. Despite the suspenseful setting and potential for twists, I struggled to stay interested and found the story underwhelming. Ultimately, it felt like a missed opportunity."
"Really well written, interesting, BUT I found myself thinking “that was it?” at the end. Still worth reading IMO "
